About 5 Ways Cleaning

Dear valued customers,

I hope this message finds you well. As the managing director of our family-run cleaning business, I wanted to take a moment to share with you our journey and the services we offer.

It all started 12 years ago when I was made redundant. I thought it was the start of hard times and I would struggle to get a job. After a year of struggling to make ends meet, with the help of family and friends, I managed to buy a small window cleaning round. Though my family could only just survive on the income, we thought it was something we could develop.

After 2 or 3 years of never missing a clean and working hard, we managed to buy another window cleaning round in the same area. With recommendations and word of mouth, we grew from strength to strength. We have now been trading for over 10 years and are a fairly successful family-run business. Myself and my son work on external cleaning services, and my wife works on internal window cleaning.

We now offer five ways of cleaning services that cover a range of needs:

  1. External & Internal Window Cleaning – we have over 400 customers, and we also cover schools, offices, and commercial properties, offering one-off specialist cleans. Most of our customers have monthly cleans.

  2. UPVC Cleaning – using a specialist treatment, we clean window frames, gutters, sills, facias, and soffits, as well as conservatories. Most of our regular customers then go onto our annual service plan, where we maintain all the above at a reduced rate.

  3. Gutter Cleaning – using the award-winning SKYVAC and its camera system, we clean the gutters around the property from the safety of the floor. The camera system is on a pole, allowing us to check the gutters are perfectly clean.

  4. Roof Cleaning – we scrape 90% of the moss and lichen off the roof and apply a specialist treatment that prevents moss and lichen from growing back for several years.

  5. Solar Panel Cleaning – we clean solar panels using specialist cleaning products. This service is relatively new in the UK, but it has been around for a long time in other parts of the world.

We also offer additional cleaning services, including caravan cleaning, patio cleaning, driveway cleaning, and high-level cleaning. For patio and driveway cleaning, we use the best and most effective cleaning products, giving your patio that “like new” appearance, and for high-level cleaning, we use specialist tools that enable us to reach high areas where dirt and dust usually go unnoticed.

We take pride in our work and strive to provide our customers with a high-quality service. If you have any questions or would like to book a cleaning service, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your continued support.

Best regards, Shaun (Managing Director)
